The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (SACC)

SACC examines proceedings on corruption crimes investigated by NABU and makes decisions as a court of first and appellate instances. The list of cases considered by SACC, similar to NABU, includes cases related to corruption, embezzlement of state property, abuse of influence, power or official position, improper use of budget funds, bribery of an auditor, notary, appraiser.
