Protecting the reputation and supporting operations of the Latvian betting company in Ukraine.
Description of problem / Situation:
A Latvian betting company, which has no ties to either Russia or Ukraine, faced a ban on its operations in Ukraine. The reason for the sanctions was the assumption of a journalist in one of the European publications, where she stated about the possible connection of the company with Russia, although there was no evidence of this. This assumption became the basis for sanctions by Ukrainian law enforcement agencies, which created a serious crisis for the company and required protection of its reputation.
